Elmar Niemar is Talkado’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). An enterprising personality who has been involved in Blockchain-based projects over the years, Elma has worked with top-level Crypto companies, like Serenity Source, Australia, which is a next-gen renewable energy retailer on the blockchain. The company helps to reduce energy bills, put control back on users’ hands and reduce carbon emission through a multifaceted blockchain ecosystem.

Elma is a Blockchain and crypto enthusiast, and a -get it done- operations fanatic with previous experience in management and crypto-based knowledge.

Currently based in Australia, she oversees the operation of Talkado Finance, while helping to ensure that the project timeline is implemented successfully. Always looking for innovative ways to grow the Talkado platform, Elma Niemar is an asset when it comes to helping the Talkado brands become more efficient and finding ways to achieve partnerships with relevant NGOs and organizations.

She has been a keynote speaker at global conferences on investment and Renewable energy and has always been at the forefront of the deployment of decentralized Finance (Defi).
